Clinical Project Management
At Gaea, the project manager is accountable for delivery—timeline, quality, and execution. They don’t “sit at the top of the pyramid”: they are hands-on in the detail, actively driving progress, tracking and resolving issues, and identifying risks early.
This is not a coordination role—it is an ownership role. The project manager knows the protocol, understands the sites, works closely with in-house CRAs and providers, and stays directly involved in critical decisions as the study evolves. Issues are addressed in real time, not reported after the fact.
We deliberately run a limited number of projects to ensure full engagement. The same experienced team stays with the study throughout—no bait-and-switch, no handover to junior staff. We operate as an extension of the sponsor team, focused on one outcome: consistent, high-quality delivery.
